As part of ongoing expansion plans, eClinicalHealth announces the opening of a new office dedicated towards the software development of the innovative Patient Engagement solution – Clinpal.

The Winchester development centre will be used as a base for the expansion of the companies software development capabilities with a doubling of the dedicated development resources taking place during Q1 2014.
